What’s Your Body Type?

3 John 1:2  Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. 

It is important as a woman that we know the basic understanding of our bodies. We are all built differently and require different types of clothing, exercise and even foods to help maximize our bodies strengths. Once you have a general understanding of what you have and how to make it work for you,  the beauty of who you are can shine forth and allow you to to excel even more in your daily lives.

Body Types are brief descriptions of the way a woman’s body is shaped. For instance an Apple Shape has a larger top portion of the body and a smaller bottom. A Pear Shape has a smaller top and a larger bottom. Their are many different body types to chose from. What I would suggest is to google a chart that and find what type fits you. Upon gaining this knowledge, you will be opened up to an entire new bank of information to help you accentuate your specific body type. This is great a way for you to discover new styles of clothing as well as health related information that can help extend the length of your days. The more you know about your body more you can prosper in good health.
